My Doula Philosophy

 

 

This Journey you are on is between you , your baby and your  partner. I’m here ,as your Doula to help you best I can to give you good memories of your birth, and help you and your Partner achieve the perfect or as close to perfect birth that you want.

 

This is a beautiful ,and special time for you and your family, I want you get everything you ever wanted out of the Birth process

 

You have set yourself Goals and I’m here to help you achieve those goals as best I can through informative, educational, physical and spiritual support. This is YOUR day.

 

My Job is also to make sure you feel safe and calm, respect your wishes, not Judge nor question you. Birth is has a lot to do with the mind-body connection and thus keeping you in good energy and having the best thoughts and keeping you focused on your goals you will also feel a lot calmer.

 

Your Partner

I’m here also to help him, help you. Show him how he can support you as well and we want him to feel those beautiful birth emotions when his little one arrives too, to me it’s important that dad is also helped, and supported.

 

 

If a doula were a drug, it would be unethical not to use it

 

 

We have two beautiful children, a boy and girl and they  are the centre of daddy and mommy’s world!

 

 I love Breastfeeding and Birth , I love the energies in the room and those feelings in mommy when baby arrives. I love to see a brand new ,little being fighting his way into this world, covered in white vernix that has protected him/her, and a face that says “hello world, im here to show you how beautiful life is”

 

That first cry, that first stare, and mommy and daddy’s first smiles to their newborn … Birth does not only make a baby but a mom and dad too

 

 

 

 

 

Birth is a rite of passage of women. Their journey should be honoured, their rights should be fiercely protected, and their stories should be shared.
